Snappier is an independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by TeamSnap. Snappier never asks for your TeamSnap password. Sign-in happens on TeamSnap's own site (auth.teamsnap.com).
What Snappier stores
- Your TeamSnap access token, encrypted inside your Snappier connection. It is stored with your TeamSnap user number, your name (used only as the connection's label) and the permissions you granted. It stays until you disconnect.
- Pending plans: the changes Snappier shows you before you confirm them, such as event ids, times and places. A plan expires after 30 minutes and can no longer be applied. The record is kept until you disconnect. If you ask Snappier to send a team message, its text is kept only until the message is sent or the plan expires, then removed.
- A change log: ids, counts and the previous values of any event fields that were edited, so a change can be undone. It does not hold names or email addresses.
- Calendar feed settings, if you create a calendar link: which teams and filters it uses, and the secret team calendar links it reads from.
- A short-lived plan-feature cache per team: what each team's TeamSnap subscription allows. It expires after 10 minutes.
- A temporary extra-permission token, only if you approve an action that needs more access. It is removed when you disconnect.
- Technical logs kept by our hosting provider: event names and status codes, without request contents or tokens.
What Snappier does not store
Rosters, member contact details and messages. Snappier reads data from TeamSnap only to answer your requests.
Children's data
Team rosters can include children. Snappier passes roster names only to the MCP client that you are using, when you ask for them, and does not store them.
Who hosts it
Snappier runs on Cloudflare. Your AI assistant or MCP client has its own privacy terms, which apply to what it does with the answers it receives.
Deleting your data
- Ask your assistant to use Snappier's
disconnecttool. It revokes Snappier's access at TeamSnap and deletes your stored data. - You can also remove Snappier under Authorized Apps in your TeamSnap account.
- Or email snappier@webdeely.com and ask for your data to be deleted.
